This three bed, two bath 1600 Sq. Ft. ground floor condo is located in South Mission Beach and is a wonderful property. The condo has a large open kitchen/living room with a lot of glass to showcase the view. The master bedroom has its own set of french doors that overlook the ocean. The condo has the largest patio area of any of our rentals by far! This popular unit is great for that family vacation you have always wanted right on the beach, and is definitely one of the better options for families with young children that they're trying to keep a close eye on. This unit also has beach chairs and umbrellas, beach games, kids sand toys and a couple of boogie boards for the guests to use.

    The rental is very close to the mission beach "boardwalk" area, which was very convenient. The beach in front of the unit is perfect and sandy. The unit has some dated furniture but overall was very pleasant to stay in. The garage is tight so make sure to rent a compact car!

    We came back to the same property again this year because it is in the perfect location and is a perfect size for family of 7 including grandparents, parents and 3 toddlers. If we return to SD area, we'd have no reason to consider other units. Wifi was added since last year but we had brought our own. Unit is receiving minimal upkeep/upgrade but it's still fine. Dryer conked out.

    The property was conveniently located. The beach out the front door, the bay a short walk/bikeride behind, shops,market and eateries close. Clean, neat, supplied and secure.
    We are 2 Adults and 3 teens so it was perfect.
