  Check-in and check-out was very easy and convenient! The property was clean, decorated nice, and stocked with everything we needed. It was a little dusty in a couple areas but not a problem at all. The master bedroom bed and bedding was so comfortable! the only issue we had was that only one TV worked during our stay and it was in the master room. we called customer service once but didnt hear back. We could have made a few more calls or called the rental company directly but it really wasnt a big deal for us because we were out so much. But the wireless internet did work and that was all we really needed. The location is absolutely amazing! we walked to everything! two of the three bedrooms have ocean views and the roof deck was a hit! it is huge and has great views, everyone loved it up there! Our group brought two cars and we both used the garage on different occasions and the garage fit a Lexus IS 250 (car) and a Lexus RX 330 (SUV). There were boogie boards and beach games there and bike storage for four in the garage. We will defiantly come back to this rental the next time we are in Mission Beach!

  My only complaints for the experience. we arrived at the house and found only 3 chairs on the rooftop deck. When you bring 6 people..that wont cut it. Contacted answering service on Saturday..new furniture was brought on Thursday. It will be great for the next renters. But unfortunately we only enjoyed it for 2 nights. Construction on two sides of us..7am wake up during the week. Were compensated a little for inconvenience. The house is very comfortable but the view may be a tough thing to give up...have to see what is going up across Strandway..looked pretty big to me.

  Very nice house- started out with a great view until the house on the beach side of the house decided to put up a 3 story wall... There is still a partial unobstructed view and the rental company is very responsive when any problems arise. Very comfortable beds- would definitely recommend!
