The 2nd floor has the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with queen beds and they share a large bathroom. On the 3rd floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed and its own private master bath great for mom and dad with the rest of the family on the 2nd floor.
If 3 rooms is not enough sleeping there is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, great for the last minute overnight guests too tired to head home after a fun filled day at the beach.
No vacation rental would be complete with out a large fully equipped kitchen , with beautiful marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances .There is also a 1/2 bath located just off the kitchen .

Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated area. There are 2 tandem garage spaces that do only accommodate small vehicles.
