Located in quiet, less crowded South Mission beach with a few views from both the 2nd and 3rd floor living levels.
The first floor features the sizeable garage loaded with beach accommodations as well as a true laundry room with oversized side-by-side washer and dryer. You then take the indoor stairway to the rest of the house on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You can also enter the property from the street sidewalk via the exterior stairs through the front yard garden to the second-floor entrance.
The second floor has beautiful brick flooring, fireplace and a large "sunken living room", plus additional seating which provides comfort when catching up with friends and family. The crew'??s cook will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, a dining area (seats 8) as well as a kitchen nook (seats 6) which provides total indoor dining seating for 14. This floor features a master bedroom right off the main living area with a king bed, HDTV, access to the entrance balcony, and a private bath. Off the living room is a water view 2nd floor patio and full-size grill where six can dine under the beautiful sky and watch the boats pass through Mission Bay'??s entrance channel.
The 3rd floor master bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and dual closets. Another bedroom with a queen bed, HDTV and a private balcony for a third couple or children. There is an adjoining dual sink, full size shower bathroom which connects to both bedrooms on this level. The 3rd level also has a beautiful and sizeable loft which provides a 2nd living room with HDTV, when needed. Plus, it has two queen (larger than typical futons) spring loaded comfortable futons that provides sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. All the linens and pillows are stored in the southern 3rd floor master bedroom closet. The loft has great window views of the theme park'??s fireworks, and the small southern balcony provides a view of Ocean Beach. It also has a mini bar with sink and a small refrigerator to keep the beverages chilled.
Other amenities include a two-car side-by-side garage that will accommodate two vehicles and a convenient exterior shower. Garage dimensions 18ft Wide x 20ft Deep x 7ft Height (garage door entrance). There are a total of five HDTVs and high speed, wireless internet with boosters located on the other levels. Also, the homeowner has provided lots of beach toys to set your family up for your beach vacay, including a small tub for rinsing off your feet after your beach adventures, boogie, surf and sand boards, Wheeleez Beach Cart, 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 3 Beach Umbrellas, 48-quart cooler and eight beach towels, petal-forward beach cruisers, with yeti holders along with bike locks and a bike pump. We want everyone who visits Mission Beach to have a great time. Please keep in mind, this is a three-level home hence there are stairs from floor to floor or when you exit the 2nd floor down the exterior stairs or the stairs to the laundry room as you exit through the garage. If you or someone in your group struggles with stairs, we would recommend other accomodations.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
