Large glass doors and windows frame views of the vibrant horizons while bringing tons of light into the open-concept layout. The chic kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a waterfall peninsula with seating.

Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths comprise the private retreats, including a gorgeous primary suite with a double vanity and walk-in dual-head shower in its ensuite. Leisurely afternoons are best spent relaxing by the fire pit, grilling on the BBQ, and dining al fresco on the fenced-in patio. As a bonus, there are Smart TVs, Sonos speakers, an in-unit laundry closet, and a tandem garage. There is absolutely no smoking on the premises, and a maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated. The south side of the patio is designated for the upstairs unit. Avoid parties or big gatherings of any kind. Treat yourself to the dream beach getaway you deserve. Book your dates today!

**Please note, the patio is divided between the upstairs owner and our unit. The patio space to the south of the French doors are not for guest use. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the patio or around the home. Toys and personal items must be kept on the north side of the patio and stored away when not in use. We do not recommend reserving the home if someone in your party smokes. Due to the close proximity to neighbors and shared patio, no parties, smoking, loud music, or other disruptive behavior will be tolerated. ONLY persons listed on the registration form may be at the property. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS. This home is not suitable for parties or gatherings of any kind.

This property offers year-round five-night minimums.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

We had a fantastic stay! The location is to die for! You wake up to the sound of the ocean and can have your morning coffee at the beach and then come back for a breakfast with the family. Our manager was very responsive and answered quickly. The house is well equipped with many thoughtful details. We would love to come again!

Definitely going back!

This condo’s location was perfect. Located in the southern end of Mission Beach in San Diego. It’s quiet, beautifully decorated, with a great view of the ocean. There’s so much you can walk to; shops, restaurants and entertainment. I was especially impressed with the comfort of the beds, and how well stocked the condo was with kitchen equipment and beach supplies. The owners really did a great job with this one. Definitely going back.

Highly Recommend!

We had an enjoyable time. The gas fire pit was nice to relax by while listening to the waves. The furniture was comfy and the space was perfect for our 3 couples. We highly recommend this location. We did not know how to turn on the AC in the main house so ask about that. Very safe area. A lot of people took pictures in front of the house. We even made friends lol!

Awesome, Clean, Well Taken Care of Rental!

This was our first time staying at this property. Location was awesome. About a 5 min walk to the Belmont Park. Short drive to Sea World. Garage had plenty of beach chairs. The house was clean and well taken care of. There is a shared patio, but we never saw the upstairs neighbors. If there was any downside, I wish that the checkout was a little later. We felt pretty rushed the morning we were leaving. Overall great place
