This home does not have air conditioning but like most coastal areas, the coastal breeze cools the home easily. This home includes a secured parking garage for two, tandem cars. GARAGE DIMENSIONS: 6'8" H x 7'11" W x 26'4" L. Please make sure your vehicle/s will fit within these dimensions.
