Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood, this amazing 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home comes with a 2 story deck that has a wonderful panoramic view of the bay and downtown skyline. The deck includes a gas grill and sparkling 5 person hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze and awesome view. The private 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle daybed is accessible by the outdoor stairs. In the same room is the washer/dryer, small TV, personal mini fridge, and a full bathroom. Surrounded by beautiful garden landscaping, the backyard space is the perfect area for the kids.

 

On the main floor, the central kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining table with seating for 7 sits in a quiet alcove with a great window view. Continuing to the left is the living room with plenty of couch seating and soft carpeted floors. The en suite master bedroom at the left end of the home has a large king bed, private ¾ bathroom, small TV, and deck access.

 

In the middle of the hall to the right of the main entrance is a ¾ bathroom with a double sink vanity and large shower. At the end of the hall is the sizeable second bedroom with a queen bed that faces south towards the bay for a great morning view. Also in the room is a small television, relaxing chaise lounge, and twin trundle daybed that provides 2 additional sleeping spaces.

 

Located just over a mile from surf friendly Tourmaline beach, this home is a short drive to all the local hot spots. Take a walk along Crystal Pier and enjoy the assortment of tasty local restaurants and shopping along Garnet Avenue and Mission Boulevard. Just a quick walk away, you will find the famous family friendly Kate Sessions Park that is perfect for a picnic or soaking up the sun with a serene bay view, rolling grassy field, and kids playground. 

 

Mission Beach is the perfect location for a fun family getaway at the beach or relaxing romantic stay. Right next to Sea World, we are also a short drive to Downtown, Little Italy, Old Town, Lego Land, and Coronado Island. For a more local experience, a visit to the historic Belmont Park or a calming walk along Crystal pier to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and view of the water. The over two miles of paved ocean front boardwalk is perfect for traveling by bike, on foot, or other personal modes of transportation and makes all of mission beach very accessible even without a vehicle.
