Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled with a tub/shower combo in one bath and a walk-in shower in the other. You and your guests will enjoy a variety of activities including walks on the beach, bicycling or rollerblading on the boardwalk, an array of night life experiences, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, volleyball, dining at the diverse selection of local restaurants, riding the roller coaster at Belmont Park, and so much more all within a half mile stroll! This home has one designated parking space within the shared garage and one outdoor space under the stairs alongside the garage. The garage is shared with the apartment above the garage but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The dimensions for the garage space is 6ft 2in High X 7ft 9in Wide X 17ft 11in Deep. The dimensions for the outdoor space is 7ft High X 7ft 3in Wide X 12ft 4in Deep. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage and the once space under the stairs, if you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet ($225 + tax) . Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
