Numerous local shops, eateries, and attractions like Belmont Park are within a short stroll. Spread out on this tri-level townhome with allows for eight (8) guests between three bedrooms. Dine alfresco on your sunny private balcony, furnished with a table for four. Fire up the BBQ grill and dine alfresco. Comfort awaits in the tranquil primary suite, appointed with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom for your comfort and convenience. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second bathroom hosts a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two full size beds, a TV, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Tandem parking is available for two small vehicles in the private garage. (Please note that the entrance is approximately 80in wide.) Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Fans in each bedroom provide cooling, as needed.

Perfectly located in the middle of Mission Beach, this rental is great for walking to grab a cup of coffee as the sun rises or to walk the Boardwalk after a magical dinner on Mission Blvd. You're also just 2.5 miles from SeaWorld and 6 miles from the San Diego International Airport. Downtown San Diego and the San Diego Zoo are both 15 minutes away.

No pets are allowed at this home. All occupants must be 25 or older.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS.
