-This home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and can sleep 8 in beds, assuming two guests share each full-size bed.
-The bikes are not for guest use.
-No pets are allowed at this home.
-All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.
-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
-We do not accept American Express and Discover.
-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
