Broker, Principal
A fourth-generation San Diego native, Traci brings a lifetime of local insight to San Diego Vacation Rentals. Growing up surrounded by contractors and builders, she developed an early love for the city’s coastal communities and the unique lifestyle they offer. With more than three decades of experience in property management and real estate brokerage, she now leads San Diego Vacation Rentals and REMAX COASTAL in Pacific Beach, specializing in second homes and investment properties throughout the central coast. Many property owners trust Traci’s expertise to both guide their purchases and seamlessly integrate their homes into SDVR’s vacation rental program.
When she’s not supporting clients and homeowners, you’ll likely find Traci enjoying the very same San Diego experiences she shares with visitors. She loves traveling, practicing Ashtanga Yoga and Peloton cycling, exploring local beaches and boardwalks, and connecting with the vibrant communities that make this city special. Her warm, approachable nature and deep roots in “America’s Finest City” make her a trusted resource for owners and guests alike.
Controller
Genevieve is a 5th-generation, born-and-raised San Diego native. She grew up immersed in the beautiful scenery and rich culture that truly makes this America’s Finest City, and has developed a strong love of and pride in her home city ever since her childhood. Her natural aptitude for mathematics and pattern recognition allows her to quickly identify trends and provide accurate, data-driven insights. With a strong memory and an eye for detail, she excels at ensuring financial precision and efficiency, ensuring that all numbers align perfectly. As Controller of San Diego Vacation Rentals, she has overseen all accounting for the past decade, her analytical and detail-oriented manner of thinking making her a natural to serve in this role. During this time, she has faithfully and meticulously ensured the accuracy of trust accounting for SDVR’s many guests, clients, and vendors.
In her free time, Genevieve can be found enjoying many of the same local attractions that so many of SDVR’s guests love. She enjoys visiting the beach and spending time near the ocean, riding bikes on the boardwalk or around Mission Bay, hiking in our local forests and mountains, and spending time with her loved ones.
As Executive Vice President of SDVR, AnnaMaria brings a uniquely energizing blend of operational excellence, sales-driven strategy, and genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional experiences. Born and raised in San Diego and a proud San Diego State University alum, AnnaMaria pairs deep local insight with a commitment to making vacation rental ownership effortless and enjoyable for every client.
Known for being both highly effective and easy to work with, she leads SDVR with a people-first approach—motivating teams, building strong relationships with homeowners, and consistently overdelivering on expectations. Her natural talent for connecting with others, combined with her relentless drive to exceed goals, makes her a standout leader in both operations and sales.
Outside the office, AnnaMaria can be found soaking up San Diego’s beaches, exploring the desert with her family, or cooking great meals for loved ones. She’s passionate about crafting memorable vacations, nurturing her garden, and rescuing pitbulls and Sulcata tortoises.
Guest Satisfaction Manager
Monique was born and raised in sunny San Diego, and she never wants to leave! On her days off, there’s nothing she loves more than getting out on the water to kayak in Mission Bay or taking a relaxing walk-through Seaport Village in the evenings. These hot spots are her little escape and remind her why she is so grateful to live and work here! She enjoys being part of the vacation rental industry because she gets the joy of helping people make the most of their time away and every day brings something new! Monique take pride in creating positive guest experiences and supporting smooth, memorable stays.
Assistant Reservation Manager
Madison Callaway grew up in the small mountain town of Lake Arrowhead, CA, and later moved to San Diego to attend California State University San Marcos. After completing her degree, she began her career in the vacation rental industry in 2021. She loves the mix of problem-solving and creativity the work brings, and appreciates that no two days are ever quite the same. Outside of work, Madison enjoys beach days with her two dogs and searching for the best fish taco in San Diego!
Maintenance Supervisor
Born and raised in Southern California, in San Diego, Chris has been with San Diego Vacation Rentals since 2023. With experience in the vacation rental industry since 2018, he ensures our properties remain in top condition by handling all in-house repairs, conducting routine inspections pre/post guest arrivals, managing vendor schedules, collaborating with our teams to ensure a flawless guest stay, and overseeing quality control at the deepest levels of all our homes. Outside of work, Chris is a devoted dad to his nine-year-old daughter and enjoys sailing and riding his Harley in his free time.
