This place was amazing! It is exactly as described and pictured. Honestly it was even better. It accommodated my husband and I, my parents and his parents. There was plenty of space. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the fire, how quickly the walk was to the beach (literally 3 houses down) and it wasn’t far to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. There are very good restaurants within a short driving distance. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, the home and the location. I did have a few questions and I received quick responses.

Beautiful place and perfect for our family! Great outdoor space, so close to the beach and an easy walk to the Belmont Park. Great parking too!

Stayed here with my family & baby, great Quite place, steps away from the beach. the patio is where we spent most of our time BBQing and sitting by the fire.

Beautiful little house, great location and wonderful patios. Kitchen was well stocked. The turn table and records were fun. Great spot.

Beautiful home in a great location, only steps from the beach. Quiet side of Mission Beach, perfect for families. Patio space and fire pit is top notch, giving us hours of hanging in the beautiful California weather. House has basically everything you need but could use a bit more beach specific toys, amenities and towels so if you want those, you need to bring them. Bedding was some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in for an Airbnb but our only complaint was how small the bed was in the master, but that’s listed in the description so was expected. The Air Conditioning was great and could be needed if the weather was hotter. We unfortunately had 7 days of clouds but that can happen in June in SD. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, not even mentioning the walk to Belmont. We had Coffee at Lazy Eye and Blue Palm every morning and lots of burritos at Sara’s and I would highly recommend them all. Plus the 2 markets have everything need.

Great location 1house off the strand and 1 more to the oceanfront. Great remodel of an older home with a few quirks. Beautiful patios and gathering spaces. Beds comfy but a little too soft for my family’s preference. Well stocked kitchen easy to use TVs and fans. The rental is easy walking to market, coffee pizza etc. The outdoor furniture is chained together and a little awkward for use, no beach equipment (towels boogie’s chairs toys balls or umbrellas so bring your own) or buy and leave behind like we did. Nice having 2 car garage which held our Equinox and friends small BMW with our rental bikes and surfboards. Rooftop cooler and furnishings nice to play cards under the stars. Neighborhood does quiet nicely around 10pm. Trash cans already placed so you don’t have to try to remember to place them out during your vacation. Rental agency has pleasant quick communication.
