Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
Please note that this property is equipped with security cameras located in the following areas: facing the back alley, inside the garage, near the side door, and at the front of the home.
