The newly remodeled kitchen is the centerpiece of the home, offering modern finishes and plenty of space to cook. Whether you're preparing meals or enjoying a casual breakfast, the open layout keeps everyone connected.

The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, while the third bedroom features a Twin trundle bed, making it a great option for families or additional guests. A shared full bathroom is located nearby.

THINGS TO KNOW:

-Walking distance to Jr. Olympic-size pool, a large spa, tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness center.

-Use of the community amenities (Pool, spa, tennis courts, gym) is included as part of your stay via keyfob access. Loss of the keyfob will result in a $200 replacement fee.

-This home is in a great neighborhood and the neighbors are the best but they will not hesitate to call code enforcement for any excessive noise violations.

-We're happy to welcome your furry companion! This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 small dogs under 20 lbs with applicable pet fee. Please note that pets must be house-trained, and we kindly ask that they are kept off furniture and not left unattended at the property.
