This home has PARTIAL air conditioning in the kitchen and upstairs primary suite and upstairs living areas. Fans are provided for air circulation (and the coastal breeze hugely helps) in the other bedrooms and downstairs areas.

This home does allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Pet fees ($225+tax) are due, and pets must be disclosed.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. This home has exterior security cameras. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
