The full kitchen, offering stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for four, is just steps from the patio as well, meaning you can easily make snacks and cocktails for afternoons spent lounging outside in the sunshine.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, and access to a full bathroom with a shower down the hall. The primary bedroom is on the upper level, offering a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom just outside the room. From here you can also access the upper-level sundeck, where you can stretch out on the daybed for a little outdoor relaxation right at home. Other amenities include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and satellite cable.

This condo is located directly off the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach, about a third of a mile north of Belmont Park. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for air circulation. Please note that this home has a camera facing the parking area.

This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $225 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 1 small dog. Some homes may have pet limitations and/or weight restrictions. Please reach out with any questions.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.

Monthly reservations are considered.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $300 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
