-This property has an exterior security camera directed toward the parking area.

THINGS TO NOTE:

-Top-level condo; does not include ground-level patio. The unit is accessible via exterior stairs, and there are interior stairs within the home.

-This home does not have air conditioning (fans provided).

-All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents.

-No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.

-Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and no party policy. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood.

-This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $150 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 1 small dog.

-American Express & Discover are not accepted for payment methods.

-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.

-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
