PARKING:

THINGS TO NOTE:
-This home is not pet-friendly.
-No smoking inside or outside the property—strictly enforced.
-Pool heating is available for $100/day plus tax with a 3-day minimum. The pool heats to ~75-80°F and cannot be adjusted higher. Payment must be made in advance to ensure the pool heat is turned on before your arrival. If you'd like to add pool heat to your stay, please notify our team in advance.
-There is a pool house in the backyard that is NOT PART OF THIS RENTAL. No one resides in this building, and no one will at any part of your stay (off limits to guests per City code, unfortunately).
-The pizza oven is not for guests to use.
-A pool vacuum remains in the pool to help keep the water free of debris.
-This home offers air conditioning. If you would like AC during your stay, please contact our office to pay the $35/day fee for AC access.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
-All occupants must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents.
-American Express & Discover are not accepted for payment methods.
-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
