OB Sunset Serenity

My husband and I had a short stay with our dog - great backyard for her to have some space. Place was quiet except for the well known airplanes that fly over Ocean Beach which can’t be helped. Close to restaurants and beach. It was a little hot when we first arrived inside but fans and evening weather cooled it off nicely.

This was a great location!! The hosts were exceptionally responsive when we needed them. There was plenty of room for parking and sleeping. The outdoor space was incredible for hanging out and having our kids over for a cookout

Great location lots to do in the surrounding area house definitely is small and a little bit awkward to have to go through one bedroom to get to the next however, all amenities were present and it was clean and well-maintained. Five of us stayed so we did have to utilize the sofa bed as well.

We were visiting our daughter who recently moved to Ocean Beach. The location was great, the house was a hidden gem, beds were comfortable, so clean and well stocked (no sponge to wash dishes so we used the dish washer) but the backyard space was the best part, just amazing! We were coming from Boston so after a long flight we were able to check in a couple of hours early which was very nice after such a long day. We walked to a great spot for lunch and took in all the sites in the area. The Alexa controls in the house were awesome, lights, tv music all by request. We had plans to cook in one night and have dinner outside on the patio, but that will have to wait until next time. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and would definitly stay here again on our next visit. Thanks for a great time!

Cute charming little cottage with a backyard oasis. Cottage has been wonderfully modernized with decor that maximizes the feeling of space. Place was very clean. Loved having a countertop icemaker. Keurig coffeemaker. Bed was very comfortable and pillows and linens were very nice. Very nice to have parking in a great location near the fun of Ocean Beach. Instructions provided to find place in alley behind Santa Cruz Ave are invaluable! We ate out so didn't cook or use stove but basics appeared to be there. Very nice working with the company managing the cottage.

This was a TRUE 5 star stay! We loved everything about this adorable cottage! As everyone else has stated, the backyard is absolutely awesome! The weather wasn’t ideal for hanging out, but it was certainly something to look forward to using in the future and the grill was spotless! We enjoyed cooking some beautiful fresh fish on it! This was exactly the quiet beach getaway we needed! This place is super clean with an absolutely amazing outside garden with tons of room to spread out. Exactly what you need after a day at the beach. This place has an amazing location in Ocean Beach next to a bunch of great restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and beautiful house and garden! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to the beach and an array of great restaurants. A couple of hiccups with some maintenance issues were quickly resolved with a courteous and responsive management company. Flight path is close so some noise during the day but quiet evenings. Would stay again as the home was very clean and cozy!

The location is everything! If it wasn’t for our dog stopping to sniff every 5 feet, it would probably take anyone else just one minute to walk to the sand and waves. When taking a break from the beach, we felt very fortunate to have the beautiful backyard. All in all, a wonderful stay.
