This dog-friendly San Diego paradise set just moments away from Mission Bay & Mission Beach is the answer to your vacation wishes! Inside the extensively renovated 4-bedroom residence, plantation-shuttered windows usher in radiant sunlight to illuminate hardwood-style flooring and well-sized, open entertainment spaces, including dual living rooms with fireplaces. Two brand new kitchens await the avid cooks with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cabinetry, and quartz countertops.
Four comfortable retreats will accommodate you, equipped with a king bedroom accessible from the outside (not attached to the main house) and a studio-type queen bedroom adjacent to the living room. Three additional sofa sleepers are provided to allow for more guests. Crafted for alfresco celebrations, an oasis-inspired backyard showcases a BBQ grill, a cozy fire pit, and multiple seating areas scattered around the paved patio and lawn. Cookouts are bliss under the pergola where cafe lights add an enchanting vibe as you sip a refreshing nightcap. Other bonus features are two washer/dryers, a garage, and off-street (or RV) parking. Come enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this picturesque rental! Don't miss the amazing fireworks show over 4th of July week from famous Mission Bay (or on weekends starting in May!) - this home is what family memories are all about!
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
4-Night Minimum required.
This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $150 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs. Some homes may have pet limitations and/or weight restrictions. Please reach out with any questions.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests and can sleep 8 in beds and 4 on sleeper sofas.

Bedroom 3 - King Bed
Bedroom 4 - King Bed, Detached bedroom (no bath), 7 steps to back door of main house.

**One of the king bedrooms is OFF the main house, about 7 steps from the back door. This is a stand-alone room with no bathroom attached. Additionally, the queen bed of this home is in an open room, like a studio, off the eastside living room.**
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
American Express & Discover are not accepted for payment methods.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
Monthly reservations are considered.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb. Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. This is our second time at this home and we absolutely love it!!! We may have to upgrade next year as our family is growing and we will need more room.
The place is perfect for a large group- has everything you need to make your beach days perfect- as well as your nights back to cook or just enjoy the outdoor seating for the perfect San Diego nights!
We even lost an oura ring while vacationing- they found it and are sending it back to us!!! The best customer service!!!

House was two sections, basically mirrored with full kitchens, living rooms, outdoor social spaces, etc. since we had 9, opened up both which was great(!), because the kids could hang in one half while the adults in the other. Outdoor social spaces were fantastic, with plenty of propane for the fire tables and grills. As advertised, great amenities. Felt safe, and of course, location location. This place was great for our group! We were 7 adults with 5 toddlers and a infant. We rented both the back and front units for our group, which was perfect. We could close off the front unit once we put the kids to sleep. A block from the bay was perfect and less than a 10 min walk to the beach. The two kitchens were great and the fully enclosed backyard was perfect for the kiddos. The place was well stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. The house was very clean and all items/furniture in house were nice/comfortable. The two outdoor areas were perfect for playing games, relaxing, and hanging out with family. They had many outdoor games that were in great shape. We enjoyed the corn hole immensely. The bay beach and boardwalk was right across the street. The Ocean beach and boardwalk were only a couple blocks away. Ralph’s grocery store was within walking distance. It was the perfect location. Very nice stay. Great location, one block from the bay (quieter more peaceful) and a short few blocks from the ocean beach, restaurants, etc.. “extras” were limited so if you have a larger group staying more than a few days definitely bring your own toiletries. Super cute backyard area (and front yard) but lights automatically shut off at 10pm for quiet hours, not a big issue though because there are 2 large living rooms to hangout in. We had a great time at this home in Pacific Beach. The location was convenient and the parking was ample. There was plenty of space so that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our stay as a family of 8 was great! We didn’t read the fine print about one bedroom being open/in the living room until we had booked it. That was a little bothersome that it says it has 4 bedrooms when really is 3 real bedrooms. Other than that it was a great stay, easy to access. We walked to the beach and the bay. Great location in Pacific Beach, only 1 block to the bay and close to tons of shops and restaurants. There’s a vons, Trader Joe’s and Sprouts all within a few blocks. Front and back outdoor area had tons of space. We spent most of our time in the front with the fire pit, bistro lights and table where we ate dinner most nights. We we’re also able to see the fireworks at night from the front area that the kids loved. Did wish they provided a few more rolls of tp and paper towels. Also, had issues with the bbq as it had not been cleaned for a very long time and Almost caught fire while cooking. However, they contacted me fairly quickly and asked us if we liked it replaced. The large front yard is great for people watching, and the backyard is completely private with lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. What a phenomenal find! I don’t think there’s a better house for price in this area. You can tell a lot of care went into the renovation of the home, and it was very comfortable and appointed with pretty much everything we needed. It accommodated our group really well. We absolutely LOVED the backyard and spent most of our time out there. We had several spirited cornhole tournaments and made good use of the grill. The location can’t be beat. It’s literally blocks away from both the bay and the beach, and while we opted for a rental car, you wouldn’t necessarily need one, since there’s a Ralph’s just a few blocks away. We appreciated that it was in a residential neighborhood, so it was quiet at night and removed from the bustle of the beachfront. The stay was great, the location actually exceeded expectations. Literally, a walk across the street to get to the beach. It was also convenient to have a bunch of restaurants and bars just blocks away. The house itself was very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. It would have been nice to have more cleaning supplies. If renting the whole house, the layout is a little confusing at first but it works well for a large group. The outside spaces are very nice for relaxing also.
