This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests and can sleep 8 in beds and 4 on sleeper sofas.

**One of the king bedrooms is OFF the main house, about 7 steps from the back door. This is a stand-alone room with no bathroom attached. Additionally, the queen bed of this home is in an open room, like a studio, off the eastside living room.**
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
Monthly reservations are considered.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb. Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS.
