Loved our family vacation at this oasis! Went to visit family for a week and the home was everything we wanted and more, check-in was easy and host was responsive. It’s walkable to the beach, great restaurants and stores. We even added an extra night and I would’ve added another week if I didn’t have to go back to work lol Loved the house, would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was well appointed. We loved the outdoor space- beautiful landscaping and pool! Pacific Beach was the perfect central location to access all the things we wanted to do (oceanfront, Mission Beach, La Jolla) and was very chill. We even went to Coronado and the zoo- both around a 20 minute drive. The grocery stores nearby were great. Also walkable tacos and coffee, which is all you need. We would be happy to stay there again!

Super cozy and fun home. We spent a long weekend here with our adult kids and really enjoyed the backyard oasis. The pool and hot tub were wonderful amenities. Perfect for entertaining our kids and a few friends. The owner’s tropical landscaping made it feel like a jungle-esque treehouse!:). We had a wonderful stay. Communication was clear and everything was clean and as described. The pool and backyard retreat were a huge hit. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have direct access to the outside. The whole house is set up with a very indoor to outdoor living vibe.

This home is such a gem and the host was so hospitable and welcoming. Kimberley went above and beyond to get us an early check in and was always so friendly and responsive. The home is surrounded by such beautiful scenery and while on a busier road, you really don’t notice it due to all the gorgeous trees and plants. We’ve never been more comfortable in an Airbnb. We’d highly recommend and will be staying here again when we come back to Pacific Beach!

My family of 10 adults, one child and one baby had plenty of space to relax and enjoy this BNB. If you are looking to maximize time with each other, enjoy grilling and a pool then this is the perfect home for you. The outdoor amenities were well maintained and the garden really wonderful back drop. The kitchen was small but dining area and living rooms spacious and well lit. A few bedrooms get a little tight but for a large group, you really cant beat being 20 min drive from so many things. We couldn't get the firepit to light and a very helpful person came immediately on a holiday weekend to help us out. Kimberly was clear and so accommodating. This home was a real oasis for us.

This place was so perfect for our girls weekend. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. Beds were comfortable! The open living room space and outdoor kitchen area were both great for us hanging out as a group. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi worked great! The location is so convenient- a quick 5-15min drive from everywhere we needed to go. Check-in/out were a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a family vacation. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. Kimberly was a great host, very quick to respond. I’d stay here again.
The only negative is the very busy street that the house is located on. It made it difficult to get in and out of the driveway, it almost felt like we were at a blind spot in the road.

The outdoor area of this property is the best part about it! Pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating were where we spent our time if we were at the home. The house is on a very busy street which makes it hard to pull out of the driveway. There are several plants that make it hard to see what’s coming around the corner. We did have a couple of issues the first day however, we communicated with Kimberly and they were rectified immediately which we appreciated. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay when in the San Diego area.

I had some extended family in town and we put them up in this home. The home is in a great location in north PB, and the property manager went above and beyond to address and quickly rectify some small issues! My family really enjoyed their stay and loved having access to a private pool. The location also gave them the ability to get to some great eateries as well as a very short drive to the beach!

Great stay at Kimberley’s place for the 4th. We loved the well-heated pool and hot tub, modern finishes in the bathrooms, outdoor dining and grill area, beautiful landscaping, and the private elevated perch up the stairs in the backyard. Our group had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely perfect for a group. There are plenty of large beds and equivalent rooms so that no one gets the short end of the stick, plus three full bathrooms so there's no fighting over who takes the next shower. While it was too cold to use the pool (we should've paid for the heating!), the hot tub was wonderful and the outdoor space was perfect to hang out in. The kitchen was well-equipped and the seating arrangements in the living room was surprisingly accommodating for a large group. We really had a perfect trip thanks to Kimberley, who was responsive and even gave us an early check in.

It was very clean and she was so accommodating of an early check in which was very appreciative due to red eye flights. For years, I have stayed in several places in Pacific Beach because of family. This was a fantastic location with a beautiful, well-kept community street across from a church. The morning walks to the beach were filled with gorgeous succulent's flowering. For almost 2 weeks...After a great night of quiet sleep in comfortable beds, we started our day with a swim and ended with a spa. The inside and outside seating were plenty for 10-12, we had 9 adults staying in the house with visits from 3-5 young adults daily and never felt cramped. The kitchen was used for meals regularly and while it was 1970's size, it always hit the mark with everything we needed, to include a huge pot for chili and storage for food. We loved the character, games, outdoor grill was clean and useful... this place really hit the mark. We 100% will be returning to this new favorite.

Our stay at Kimberley’s Airbnb was exceptional! From the start, her communication was outstanding, ensuring that our large group, which included six adults, a five-year-old, and two toddlers, was well taken care of. Her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs, like a late check-out request, truly made our experience memorable. The house itself was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with 3 families. The highlight was undoubtedly the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub (Splurge for the pool heating during the colder months!) We highly recommend Kimberley’s place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and hassle-free stay. It’s walking distance to so many North PB activities. This was a great property for our group of 7 (4 Adults, 3 Kids). Another family could have fit for sure. The backyard is a true oasis; lots of room to sit and we loved the bird's nest up top where you can see the ocean when it's clear. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. We loved the interior (decor, art, mid-century feel) and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for bathroom and pool. We found the location to be convenient for our trips out to OB, PB and La Jolla. It is on a busier road so take caution pulling out of the driveway; road noise wasn't an issue from inside and didn't bother us when out back. Kitchen had all the dishes and cookware needed. My only suggestion would be for an extra paper towel roll for the kitchen and a stack of throw blankets for the living room or additional bedroom blankets that aren't comforters. All in all, a GREAT place to stay for a vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Kimberley’s place. The kids loved the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The outdoor grill and table were used everyday! The location is perfect, super close to the beach and the grocery stores. The house very clean and very modern. The only complaints we had were there was no toilet paper, one of the couches was super dirty and smelly, and the pull out couch in one of the bedrooms was completely broken. We bought our own floaties because the ones at the house were super dirty with webs and whatnot. Also, for the price of the house, I was expecting nicer shampoo, wash, etc. Other than that, we had a great time.

We LOVED this airbnb! I would 100% stay here again. The place looked exactly like the photos and the location was great. We also loved the hot tub and fire pit. The pillows were also very comfy.
