NEW LISTING! Welcome home to the heart of Mission Beach, steps to the water! This 3bd townhome with air conditioning, garage parking, and a massive roof top deck offers the best of the beach! Enjoy cozy evenings by the rooftop firepit or dine al fresco with the whole family while viewing peek ocean views and expansive bay views. Soak up the southern California sun and get your toes in the sand within a two-minute walk! Restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and shops all within a quick walk as well. Soak up the best of San Diego in this Mission Beach Rooftop Paradise!
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! Street parking and garage parking are offered.
3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays. No pets are allowed in this home (sorry Fido!).
This home has 3 levels and has MULTIPLE staircases. Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are before booking.
Eight (8) person maximum occupancy at any time in this home; please note, there are beds for six (6) to sleep.
SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS:
Primary (3rd floor) - King Bed
Bedroom 2 (3rd floor) - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (3rd floor) - Full over Full Bunk Bed
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

We had a wonderful trip we had three families there. Six adults and three kids and we all fit. We loved the location!!!! The beach is so close, walking distance in less than a minute. The boardwalk is really close to Belmont we walked to alot and had fun at. Lots of shops and food nearby: Super clean home, had everything we needed. It definitely felt like home. Lido Ct was a perfect location for our Bachelorette party trip. What you see is what you get. You can’t beat the distance to the beach! If we had a rental car, the garage would have been convenient as street parking was consistently unavailable. The rooftop deck was perfect for sunrise and sunset everyday. They have boogey boards and coolers in the garage, as well as some beach chairs and umbrellas. I promise you will not regret booking this location! Thank SDVR for having this place available, 10/10!

One of the funnest trips we have ever had as a family and the location is top tier. Host is very responsive, house was super clean and stocked
with essentials! Would definitely stay again in the future. Parking in the garage is very tight it will only fit small vehicles and luckily I was given a heads up from another member in our party that we needed to rent a small car which we did other than that absolutely great experience!!! This place was great it was my husband and my 2 kids and grandkids we loved it the only thing is the parking is tight and parking on street you have to roll the dice to get a spot but everything else was great 😎the location was perfect close to everything 🩷There is a little market across street for things you forgot or need and next door at The Funky Lemon they had the best fruit bowls so we got up got a fruit bowl and went to the beach and people watched great place I take video of everything before we unpack and when I leave for my protection but this was the best place ever Park your car and enjoy and that’s what we wanted so it was the best 10/10Susanne Marie - Posted: 3/20/2026

We had a wonderful stay!! The location and the amenities were perfect. So many dining and entertainment options within walking distance. Thank you for having available wetsuits and water resources. They totally added to our family visit. We will definitely be using this location again. The best part was being a block and a half away from the beach, taking my cup of coffee and sitting on the beach, watching the waves, the surfers, and the fishermen, to start my morning. Parking was tricky and doable at the same time with a Crossover SUV. The rooftop patio was great for the times not spent at the beach or walking, because who wants to sit inside all day when the weather is perfect. Good location, Comfortable house
Stayed for a week with 4 travelers. Very nice stay. Good location, comfortable house. The house is located on the main road and it can get noisy at times however that’s also the vibe of the neighborhood. Would stay there again. The only heads up I would give is that the single garage is very small, which is typical of this neighborhood. If you have anything over a midsize car or a small SUV, you'll have quite the time trying to angle it in, especially if the parking space across the alley is occupied by the neighbor's car. I'm a very good parallel parker and it was quite the adventure getting a Pacifica mini-van backed in (both mirrors folded in with about an inch to spare each side, no space to open the driver door once in). Street parking is extremely limited and you need to watch street sweeping times. Fortunately, the gentleman who runs the Beach Market across the street gave us an excellent tip – go 2 ½ blocks north to El Carmel Place and turn right. There is a free public parking lot about two blocks down in front of the marina that allows overnight parking. We ended up using that most days when we couldn’t find street parking and it worked like a charm.Michael - Posted: 1/26/2026

We stayed here for 4 nights with a family of 5 in December 2025. The home was excellent for our group. Pros: Steps from the beach, kitchen had everything we needed, family room and rooftop were great gathering areas, and the garage fit our SUV rental. Cons: Located right on the main road of mission beach which can be noisy, some issues with master shower drain, and we couldn't figure out how to light the fire on the rooftop.
