This was a perfect little home for me & my dogs. I prefer a lived in feeling home vs a brand new model home.
Great little courtyard/patio area with a separate fenced front yard with grass.
The high was 73 so we did not need AC
Beautiful neighborhood and really nice neighbors.
I hope to stay again soon

There is seriously nothing better than a cozy, lived-in feel to make you feel right at home, and we are so glad the fenced yard and grassy front yard were perfect for your dogs to stretch their legs. The property was in our favirite neighborhood in La Jolla, near the Barber tract. I loved the proximity to the walking trail, the beach, the market etc.Tom and I loved taking the cgairs to the beach every evening and watching the sunsets.The beds were super comfy and the private patio was perfect for enjoying your morning coffeeWe really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate booking again

Kimberley’s place was great. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood close to the beach and several excellent earring places yet very peaceful and quiet. The house itself is very comfortable and well maintained. It has everything you need to feel at home. Everything was clean. It also has a lovely outdoors space for meals or chilling. Would highly recommend it for a great deal in a lovely neighborhood.

We really liked this place. This was our 4th time visiting La Jolla, and our favorite Airbnb so far. It’s a 10 minute walk to the ocean, the neighborhood is very chill and safe, and the house is a cozy little homebase for adventures around the La Jolla area. Parking was never an issue either. Good times, definitely recommend.

Great location, great for what we needed, only downside was no designated parking so you have to find street parking which was okay during the day but gets tight at night, however, don’t let that stop you from renting this cute bungalow within walking distance to the beach.

Three of us friends stayed at Kimberley’s place and had a great long weekend! The home was just like the pictures, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable and safe, beach an easy walk down the road, and we could walk to restaurants, market, and coffee shop. We had no issues with shower height because we’re all on the shorter side. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home!

Kimberley was a wonderful host and her place is exactly as pictured in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Easy entrance, street parking only, always had one spot in front of house except for when we arrived the postal trucks were there for their deliveries, only about 10min. There were also some beach towels available in a basket by the front door. We took the 9 minute walk to the beach straight down the street. Our Dog enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and all the people walking with their dogs. As mentioned, the shower head is quite low but works great. Coming from AZ, we really appreciated the tower fans in each room as well as the ceiling fans. We would definitely recommend to others.

This was a lovely home that was small, but checked all the boxes for my family. Yard was perfect for a dog. My only slight nit is that we were there at an abnormally humid time in summer and there was no A/C. It was okay with fans, but just something to be aware of.

Kimberly’s home is in a great neighborhood with a really nice, long walking trail at the end of the street. There are beautiful views of the ocean from the trail. Very nice neighbors and everyone we met in the trail, while walking. The house is walking distance to restaurants and a market. We were very happy to have the patio and fenced in yard so our dogs could be outside. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a magical retreat to stay in...beautiful neighborhood and community. There is a walking trail near by and the beach and ocean are just a few blocks away. At night, you can hear the waves...amazing! The private patio and yard are delightful. My family and I unexpectedly had to seek alternative living arrangements due to water damage in our house. I'm grateful to have been able to stay in a safe and nurturing house during this time. Kimberley is an incredible and welcoming host!

Kim’s place looked exactly like the photos. It’s a great, safe location. We were able to walk to the beach and to a lot of local restaurants/stores/bars. There is no AC but with the windows we really didn’t miss it. Parking was a breeze as well.
