The home also features a fully stocked main kitchen plus a second kitchenette (with an additional refrigerator) and drinking water filtration systems, along with indoor dining seating for up to 18 guests, making group meals and gatherings effortless. The main kitchen on the 2nd floor comes complete with both a K-cup and a regular coffee maker (total of three, one on each floor for your convenience), wet bar, additional icemaker, beverage fridge, dual zone-wine cooler, two microwaves and is fully stocked with wine, martini, and pint glasses. -The house is on the end of a block; hence it has numerous windows, providing a lot of nature light, great cross breeze ventilation and comes loaded with ceiling and floor fans.

-The home has a central heating system for the winter and does not have air conditioning.
