Perfect location just a few minutes from a beautiful beach. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance or just a few minutes drive. The street parking can fill up but we never did have an issue getting a spot. The pool is small but makes a huge difference, especially when it’s really hot or the waves at the beach are rough. The fire pit and hot tub are also nice touches. The house itself is also very nice. The kitchen and living room are spacious, and the outdoor grill is excellent. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, a private bathroom, and an overall nice set up. The only feedback I would have is that the front door can be tricky as it doesn’t easily close and the lock jams. My family from Germany and my daughter and me truly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the location right by the beach and a cute little market is perfect. This is a great location, an easy walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The stay was very comfortable and quiet, and the house had everything we needed for our 3-night getaway. This spot is epic!
I stayed here for business, and it was the perfect place to get work done. The internet was great, and the location is very central, making it easy to get around San Diego for meetings.
The house was incredibly comfortable, and I was even able to host a lovely family BBQ during my stay. One of the highlights was enjoying the amazing sunsets just steps from the house on the beach.

We stayed for four nights while in town for a family wedding and absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, with a short walk to a specialty grocery/butcher shop and only two blocks to the beach. The little pool in the front yard was such a fun touch, and in September we didn’t need the heater at all. The master bathroom has an amazing free-standing soaking tub 🛀, which was such a treat after a busy day, or you can enjoy a soak in the private hot tub.

The home was quaint and perfect for our little family of three. My daughter (6) loved going straight from the beach (only a short walk away!) to the pool…and to the hot tub when we got cold! We were able to walk to the market less than a block away when we needed things, and cooked dinner each night at home - the local fish market is amazing! We had an awesome stay at Kimberly’s house. We had read some concerning reviews from April regarding concern for mold and sewer smell.. Kimberly informed us she had taken proper steps to rectify those issues. We had no concern for mold while we were there. We did have a sewer smell in the kitchen that dissipated with airing the house out and using the sink. The house is in an amazing location. Three minute walk to the beach. We had a blast in this house over spring break with the kids. The home was spacious enough for the 4 of us and we spent time every day in the super fun pool. The location can't be beat - we were able to walk to the ocean to watch the sunset every night. The hot tub was also very nice in the evenings!
