Bright Bay Escape

The townhouse is in a super convenient location, just steps away from beach and the bay, but very quiet and peaceful. The home is clean and quite new, and communication with management company was easy and quick. While we appreciated having a garage, it is extremely narrow and very difficult to get into. We have a medium size SUV, and it took a lot of maneuvering to get in and out. Something to keep in mind if you have a bigger car. Otherwise the home was perfect.

Conveniently located and well appointed. Neighborhood has some great places to eat and hang out. miss Bs coconut club was a favorite. Close to the beach as advertised. We would stay here again

The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. We had one small issue with the shower but the property manager was quick to respond and got it fixed right away. Parking is an issue, but that was described in the listing. If you have a big car, it will not fit in garage! The location was awesome - 2 min walk to bay or beach!

We had an absolutely superb stay - highly recommend! The house is just steps from the bay with a lovely Sandy beach and path, and just 2 blocks from Mission Beach with amazing waves, lifeguards and beach finds. The house itself was great for our 2-family stay. Perfect kids’ room with twin beds, a second bedroom for the parents, and a master suite for another set of parents with a huge walk-in closet where their toddler could sleep. The hosts even provided a pack n play. Fantastic kitchen and patio with lounge chairs and two tables made eating al fresco the norm during our stay.

30 second walk to mission bay. 3 minute walk to the ocean. Great new, clean place with all of the amenities. Loved sitting out front by the fire pit with the family! We will definitely be back!

This home was just so lovely and so well done. Its location was literally steps from the beach, and the host company was very kind and accommodating! This is a great choice if staying in the San Diego area!

The property is in an ideal location close to Belmont Park and has easy access to the lagoon which is great for small kids and provide privacy. Also easy access and walking distance to the main beach and ocean front to the board walk to the Belmont park where you can ride the roller coaster. Lots of fun attractions and easy access with 1 to 3 min walks out of the front door entrance to either beach. The place has lots of room adults and kids. Large kitchen island to eat and a great kitchen to entertain. Large patio with firepit and grill all included. Garage large enough for 2 small SUV's. Kitchen with everything you will need. Just bring your food and drinks and enjoy. Yes there is a mixer on site for your mix drink needs. The neighborhood is clean trash is collected by maintenance crews and Security that walks through the area which gives you an added peace of mind. Overall this property is highly rated and a must for anyone who is looking for a nice getaway for the family or friends. Looking forward to next stay!!!
