Please note that the backyard is shared with a studio casita (see Ocean Beach Casita), ideal for multi-generational families, that can be booked separately, so please exercise flexibility and understanding. After a long day of fun, retire to the comfortable bedrooms, accommodated by a refreshing bath. For your convenience, there's a single parking spot. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee ($225+tax) for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
